Delivery & Installation Options

We strive to deliver all in-stock orders within 1-10 days. However, certain items may require a longer delivery timeframe. Should an item have an extended delivery time, you have the right to cancel the order prior to dispatch by emailing us at info@spacestaylored.com. Please note that any delivery or collection date provided is an estimate and shall not be legally binding.

For larger or heavier orders, delivery may be made on a pallet, which could result in kerbside delivery. In such cases, you will be responsible for transporting the item(s) and packaging inside your premises and for disposing of the packaging appropriately.

Please be aware that the time of delivery or collection is not of the essence of the contract. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to, loss of profit, pure economic loss, loss of market, loss of business, depletion of goodwill, or any similar loss, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising from any delay in delivery or collection, however caused.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all items can pass through internal and external access points, including passages, stairwells, landings, and doorways, en route to the final delivery destination. We will not be responsible if items do not fit into your premises, and any associated rework or restocking fees will be payable by you before final delivery is made.

We take every precaution to ensure that items are delivered in good condition and free from defects. Upon delivery or collection, it is your responsibility to inspect the items to confirm they are as ordered (correct quantity and satisfactory quality) and to check for any damage, defects, or faults. Should there be any discrepancies, you must notify us immediately upon delivery by noting the issue on the delivery note. Please be aware that writing “unexamined” or “unchecked” is not acceptable. If the item is damaged, please retain the packaging and refer to our Returns Policy for instructions on how to proceed with a return. Claims for loss or damage must be made before the end of the next working day. In any event, our liability for any fault or defect shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.

Any items that are damaged by the buyer will be payable by the buyer, along with any additional delivery charges.

Goods are typically delivered to the door only; we do not accept responsibility for any damage that occurs while delivering goods inside the property. If an order is refused, incorrect items are ordered, or no one is available to receive the delivery, an additional delivery charge will be incurred. Most orders are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm, though this may vary depending on the size and value of the item and the courier used.

Returns

Damaged and Faulty Products

In the unlikely event that a product is delivered damaged, repairs or replacements will be at the supplier’s discretion, which typically involves sending out replacement parts rather than a whole new product. For all products delivered in a damaged condition, please email us within 5 days of receipt with detailed images of the damage.

Unwanted Products Without a Fault

As our products are bespoke and delivered directly from the supplier, we are unable to offer returns or replacements unless the items are damaged upon arrival. Please ensure that you have selected the correct items before placing your order.

Warranty

We work with a variety of suppliers, and the warranty for products is fulfilled by the respective suppliers, varying depending on the product. Please contact us if you require further details regarding the warranty of specific products.
