Returns

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy, you have the right to return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with our returns policy. Please note the following conditions apply:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are personalised, bespoke, or made-to-order are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@spacestaylored.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or faulty. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Please note the following regarding refunds:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as when items are not returned in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery, or any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@spacestaylored.com with details of the issue.
